A Voice for Santa Paula District 4

I’m Merisa Garcia, a longtime human resources leader and small-business owner. I’m running because I believe every resident deserves to be heard, respected and represented. I won’t pretend that one councilmember can solve every problem alone but I will listen, ask difficult questions and work with residents, businesses, nonprofits and city leaders to move Santa Paula forward.
